Windows - Sealed

Non-operating windows, sometimes in combination with operating (casement) windows, may have 'glass block' instead of a regular glass sealed unit.

USUALLY EXTERIOR GLAZED, IMPORTANT CLADDING MATERIAL IS REMOVABLE AND RE USEABLE.

This style of window is generally the larger size of window on a home and usually more exposed to the elements than the operating (casement) windows.

Because of this, it is important the cladding material is formed to fit the wood as tightly as possible. THE EXTRA BENDS ADD STRENGTH TO THE CLADDING MATERIAL AND ADD TO THE FINISHED APPEARANCE OF THE WINDOW.
